Founded and led by Zanele Lorraine Stole, Immaculate Cleaning & Hygiene Services was built on the belief that clean environments create happier, healthier lives. From a 100% women-owned, youth-led business, we have grown to serve some of South Africa’s most prominent institutions — including the Constitutional Court and the Office of the Chief Justice.
We are committed to delivering reliable, efficient, and environmentally conscious services that promote clean, safe, and healthy spaces for every client we serve.
Zanele Stole | Founder & CEO
Zanele Stole is the Founder and CEO of Immaculate Cleaning and Hygiene Services and a multi-award-winning entrepreneur passionate about building sustainable businesses that create economic and social impact.
She leads Immaculate’s strategy, business development, client relationships, innovation and national growth, while driving the development of the ImmaCare range of biodegradable cleaning products.
Beyond business, Zanele founded the Melokuhle Initiative, which supports vulnerable learners with learning disabilities by sponsoring their education, as well as the IGNITE Graduate Programme, which creates workplace development and employment opportunities for young people.
Her vision is to build Immaculate into a leading South African brand that delivers service excellence while creating jobs, developing young talent and positively impacting communities.
Salu Gama | Administration & Operations
Salu Gama joined Immaculate Cleaning and Hygiene Services through our IGNITE Graduate Programme and supports key administrative and operational functions across the business.
Her responsibilities include managing client contracts and SLAs, supporting procurement, invoicing and payroll administration, maintaining operational records, and assisting with tenders and proposals. She also plays an important role in coordinating communication between staff, supervisors and management.
Salu represents the next generation of talent we are proud to develop through Immaculate.
Vusi Khumalo | National Contract Manager
Vusi Khumalo is our National Contract Manager at Immaculate Cleaning and Hygiene Services, responsible for overseeing operations across our sites nationwide and ensuring teams work together to deliver consistent service excellence.
He coordinates site operations, supports site management teams, monitors service delivery and ensures that our quality standards and client requirements are consistently maintained across all locations. Vusi’s leadership keeps our national operations connected, coordinated and focused
on delivering the Immaculate standard.
Smangele Nzimande | Team Leader
Smangele Nzimande is a dedicated Team Leader at Immaculate Cleaning and Hygiene Services, responsible for coordinating daily cleaning activities, assigning duties and ensuring our teams consistently maintain high hygiene and cleaning standards.
She leads by example, working alongside her team while supporting and guiding employees to deliver quality service. Smangele also plays an important role in supporting the Supervisor with day-to-day site operations, training new team members and ensuring cleaning procedures are followed correctly. Her hands-on leadership, teamwork and commitment to excellence make her an important part of delivering the Immaculate standard every day.
Kwasi Asare | Site Manager
Kwasi Asare is our KZN Site Manager at Immaculate Cleaning and Hygiene Services, responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring our cleaning services consistently meet quality standards, schedules and client SLAs.
He leads supervisors and cleaning teams across the KZN Province, conducts quality inspections, manages staff performance and maintains strong client relationships.
Kwasi also coordinates additional projects, ensuring they are effectively planned and delivered to the Immaculate standard. Known for leading and serving with humility, Kwasi brings a hands-on and people-focused
approach to his role, supporting his teams while ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Cynthia Mhlongo | Supervisor
Cynthia Mhlongo is a dedicated Supervisor at Immaculate Cleaning and Hygiene Services, overseeing cleaning operations across six buildings in Durban and Pietermaritzburg. She coordinates cleaning teams, conducts quality inspections, manages stock and equipment, and ensures our clients consistently receive high-quality service.
Cynthia also plays a vital role in training and developing our cleaning teams, ensuring employees understand the correct cleaning procedures, equipment use and safety
practices. As one of our most dedicated team members, Cynthia has been recognised and awarded several times for her excellence, commitment and outstanding performance. Her passion for maintaining high standards makes her an invaluable part of the Immaculate team.
